No Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the time, resources, and platform exposure involved in our services, we do not offer refunds for:

Services that have been completed or delivered
Sponsorship introductions or proposals that have been submitted
Events that are listed or promoted on our platform
Strategic consultations that have taken place

Cancellation Before Delivery

If you cancel a paid service before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the stage of processing.

Refund eligibility will be determined based on:
